Lead Developer

Dillen Technologies is looking for an experienced Lead Developer who will not only actively contribute to the development of our software projects but also lead our development team. Do you have a passion for technology? Then this role is for you!

Your Role

As a Lead Developer, you are the link between the development team and our CTO. You ensure projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality. Additionally, you provide first-line support to the team and escalate issues to the CTO when necessary. You proactively contribute ideas for solutions and safeguard code quality.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively develop and configure software solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage software projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze and document solutions.
• Apply technical expertise to support team members and improve projects.
• Implement and maintain coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Identify technological improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Lead and support the development team.

What We Expect from You:

• At least 5-8 years of experience as a developer, with several years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in software development and in-depth knowledge of the development process.
• Excellent knowledge of .NET and Python.
• Experience with Angular and Azure is a significant plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a true team player.
• Attention to detail and a focus on code quality.
