Data Engineer
As a Data Engineer at Dillen Technologies, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing data infrastructure to support the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. This is an entry-level position tailored for individuals passionate about data and technology. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in designing and implementing data pipelines that fuel the advancement of AI applications.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data
- Implement data processing solutions using tools and languages such as SQL, Python
- Work on data cleaning, transformation, and integration tasks to ensure data quality and consistency
- Assist in designing and optimizing databases to support efficient data storage and retrieval
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
- Collaborate with senior developers to learn and contribute to code repositories
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- You are proficient in working with Microsoft Azure and Azure Synapse
- Good understanding of databases, data modeling, and SQL
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Bash
- You are experienced in defining code structures
- You have a good knowledge of the following subjects:
- REST APIs
- Docker
- SCRUM
- Design patterns and Object-oriented Programming

- Relevant coursework or certifications in data engineering or related fields
- Participation in relevant data engineering projects, internships, or personal coding initiatives
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience in other languages like Angular, .NET…
- Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) concepts
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts
